Built for serious users who run cycles, manage multi-compound stacks, want to know whether the protocol is actually working, and need an honest ledger they can hand to a clinician. Regimen is peptide-first: cycling tracker with on/off weeks, injection site rotation with a human body diagram, AI label scanning for care plans and vials, immutable dose ledger, smart reminders that skip days when a dose is already logged, vial inventory tracking that projects when an open vial runs out and raises a Low Supply reorder alert, and a PDF report formatted for physician review. Apple Health integrates read-only for objective biometrics (weight, sleep stages, HRV, resting heart rate, glucose, body composition). Tracked Outcomes pairs subjective ratings (mood, energy, libido, sleep quality, focus, joint pain, appetite) with those objective metrics on a per-protocol basis with 30-day sparklines. The Reactions Journal logs side effects with curated tags. GLP-1 and hormone tracking are supported but secondary to peptide use.
