Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Regimen (the “App”), operated by B Squared Ventures, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Regimen is a personal health tracking tool that allows you to manage injectable therapy protocols, log doses, track injection sites, and view dosing history and analytics. The App supports peptide, GLP-1 agonist, hormone, and other injectable protocols.

Regimen is a tracking and logging tool only. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Nothing in the App should be construed as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or modifying any therapy protocol. You are solely responsible for your health decisions and for verifying the accuracy of any information you enter into the App.

The compound catalog, dosage suggestions from label scanning, and escalation schedules are provided for convenience only and may contain errors. Always verify against your prescriber’s instructions.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Regimen. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s servers or infrastructure
• Attempt to access another user’s data
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Abuse the Scan Label feature (e.g., excessive or automated image submissions)

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. We claim no intellectual property rights over your protocol configurations, dose logs, or personal information.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the App’s functionality to you.

We strive to keep Regimen available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Some updates may require you to accept new terms or permissions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B Squared Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. This includes but is not limited to:

• Missed doses or incorrect dose tracking due to App errors
• Health outcomes related to information entered into or displayed by the App
• Data loss due to server outages or account deletion
• Inaccurate information extracted by the Scan Label feature

Our total liability for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless B Squared Ventures, LLC, its officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.
