Features
What Regimen Does
Built for serious peptide users. Every feature is live in the shipped iOS app — no marketing promises for things that do not exist yet.

Core Capabilities
AI Compound Label Scanning
Point your camera at a care plan or vial label. Regimen extracts the compound, dose, frequency, and cycling schedule automatically. Two scanning modes: care plan (high confidence, full protocol sheet) and vial (best-effort from bare label, using a built-in LOT code dictionary for common compound codes like CJCIPA, BPCTB, and SEMA). Output routes through a review step. You confirm before anything saves.
Tracked Outcomes & Rate Today
Tap "Rate today" on any protocol and score how you feel across the dimensions that compound is supposed to move — mood, energy, libido, sleep quality, focus, joint pain, and appetite. Objective metrics like weight, body fat, sleep duration, REM and deep sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, glucose, and BMI flow in from Apple Health automatically. Each outcome gets a 30-day sparkline next to your dose history so you can see whether the protocol is actually doing what it promised.
Apple Health Integration
Read-only sync that pulls weight, body composition, sleep stages (REM, deep, light, awake), HRV, resting heart rate, blood glucose, and activity onto the Today and Analytics screens. The same data feeds the per-protocol Tracked Outcomes sparklines so changes in your biometrics are surfaced alongside the dose log. Permission is requested with an in-app explainer first — Apple’s system sheet only appears after you confirm.
Cycle-Aware Progress
Configure on/off week patterns for any compound — common for BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, and Ipamorelin cycles. The scheduler respects cycle boundaries: reminders fire only on active days, the Today view marks off-cycle protocols clearly, and dose history correctly attributes entries to their cycle week. Week-by-week expectations help you know what to look for as the cycle unfolds. No manual calendar math required.
Injection Site Rotation
Interactive human body diagram that tracks which sites you have used and when. Tap a site to log it. The diagram shows recency heat — recently used sites are highlighted so you avoid them. Used in the dose logging flow so every entry captures site alongside dose, time, and compound. No competitor currently ships a native injection site picker with a full body diagram.
PDF Report Export
Generate a PDF formatted for physician review. Covers all active protocols, recent dose logs with timestamps, cycling windows, and an Outcomes Since Starting section that pairs subjective ratings with objective biometrics for every protocol. Direct Share button on the protocol-edit screen and on Analytics — useful for hormone panels, TRT check-ins, and any appointment where your provider needs a clean record.
Built-In Dose Planner
Pick a compound, enter your vial strength and BAC water once, and the planner pre-fills the syringe reading inside the protocol setup. A live syringe visual shows exactly where to draw — U-100, U-40, 1 mL, or 3 mL — and warns if your dose lands outside typical published ranges or overflows the syringe. HCG and HGH IU-to-mg conversions handled. Available on iOS in the protocol-add flow and on the web at /calculators/dose-planner. Same math, byte-for-byte verified across both surfaces.
Also Included
Reactions Journal
Log side effects and reactions tied to a dose or a protocol. Curated tag library across GI, mood, energy, sleep, sexual, cognitive, and injection-site categories — plus user-defined custom tags. Optional 1–5 severity, free-text note, and 30-day backdating. Reactions appear inline in History with their own filter chip, and every protocol gets a Reactions block on its detail view with a 30-day sparkline.
Search by What It Helps With
Type "sleep" in the compound picker and surface every peptide flagged for sleep tracking — even when "sleep" appears nowhere in the name. Search matches across name, description, listed benefits, and tracked outcomes, so you can find the right compound by what you want it to do, not just what it’s called.
Immutable Dose Ledger
Every logged dose is permanently recorded with timestamp, compound, dose amount, and injection site. Unlogging a dose marks it voided — the original entry stays visible in history for accuracy. The ledger is reverse-chronological and filterable by protocol.
Smart Reminders
Push and email reminders that respect your actual schedule. Cycling-aware: reminders skip off-cycle days automatically. Skip-if-taken: if you have already logged a dose for the day, the reminder does not fire. Email digests batch multiple same-window reminders into one message and carry forward missed doses as a "Still due" card so you don’t silently drop a skipped morning. Per-reminder method (push, email, or both) configurable on each protocol.
Vial Inventory & Reorder Alerts
Log an opened vial and the number of doses it holds. Regimen counts the supply down as you log doses and projects the run-out date by walking your real schedule — frequency and cycling included — forward. Set a reorder lead time (7 days by default) and the Low Supply alert fires that far ahead of empty, by push or email, opt-in per protocol. The Today screen gets a Low Supply section listing every protocol running short, and when a vial runs dry Regimen prompts you to start the next one — so you reorder on time instead of discovering an empty vial on dose day.
Analytics & Streaks
Adherence rate, day streak, best streak, and missed-dose count stay pinned across the top of the Analytics screen, with per-protocol outcome trends underneath. See how consistency tracks against how you actually feel over a full cycle or month.
Multi-Compound Catalog
Built-in catalog of 50 compounds: peptides (BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, Tesamorelin, GHRP-6, Thymosin Alpha-1, LL-37, VIP, KPV, and ~20 more), GLP-1s (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Liraglutide, Retatrutide, Cagrilintide), hormones (Testosterone Cypionate/Enanthate, HCG, HGH, Oxytocin, Gonadorelin), and a small-molecule research tier (MK-677, MK-777, SLU-PP-332, DiHEXA, NAD+, 5-Amino-1MQ). Each entry carries default dose unit, typical frequency, mechanism, components, benefits, side effects, contraindications, sourced citations, and the outcome dimensions it's flagged to track. Research-tier compounds without enough human-dose data surface with citations and outcomes but no dose-planner math, so users can browse and reference but not compute against them.
Schedule Preview
Scroll the date strip on Today up to 30 days into the future to see what’s scheduled — protocol name, dose, time of day. Future days show a clock instead of a checkmark so you can plan ahead without confusing them with logged or missed doses.
