What is Regimen?
Regimen is a native iOS app for tracking testosterone replacement therapy and the compounds that go with it. It handles dose logging, injection scheduling, injection-site rotation, cycling, side-effect tracking, and a PDF report you can hand to your prescriber. Whether you inject weekly into the glute or run a twice-weekly subcutaneous protocol with HCG on the side, Regimen keeps the whole regimen in one place — and gives you an honest record of what you took and how you felt.
Which TRT compounds does Regimen track?
Regimen tracks the full TRT stack, each as its own protocol:
- Testosterone Cypionate — the most common TRT ester. Typical 50–200 mg per week, intramuscular or subcutaneous, split into one or two injections.
- Testosterone Enanthate — a near-equivalent ester with a similar 50–200 mg weekly range and dosing cadence.
- HCG — often run at roughly 250–500 IU two to three times a week to support testicular function and fertility during therapy.
- Enclomiphene — a SERM used as a monotherapy alternative or adjunct, typically 12.5–25 mg daily.
You can also add anastrozole or any other compound by name and configure its own dose, frequency, and schedule.
How does Regimen help with TRT tracking?
TRT is a long game, and consistency is the whole point. Regimen is built for it:
- Immutable dose ledger — every injection is logged with the exact amount, so dose changes and titration steps are accurately recorded. Corrections are marked, never erased.
- Injection-site rotation — a human body diagram shows where you last injected and when. Rotate glute, quad, and delt sites — or subcutaneous sites — without guessing, and avoid hitting the same spot twice.
- Smart reminders — get a nudge on injection day and nowhere else. Reminders respect your schedule and skip a day once a dose is already logged.
- Vial supply tracking — log an open testosterone or HCG vial and Regimen projects when it will run out from your injection schedule, then raises a Low Supply alert ahead of time so you can refill before a gap costs you a dose.
- Tracked Outcomes — rate energy, libido, mood, sleep, and focus over time. These are exactly the things TRT is meant to move, and every protocol gets a 30-day sparkline so you can see whether it is working.
- Reactions Journal — log side effects against a specific dose or the protocol overall, with severity and notes.
- PDF report — one tap produces a physician-ready report: every dose, every cycling window, and an Outcomes Since Starting section that pairs how you have felt with your objective Apple Health data.
What is included in the free trial?
You get 7 days of full access — every feature, no credit card required. After the trial, Regimen is $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year. There is no separate tier for TRT tracking; one subscription covers peptides, GLP-1s, hormones, and everything else.
How do injection site rotation and dose tracking work?
Open a protocol, tap to log a dose, and pick the injection site on the body diagram. Regimen records the site and the date, highlights where you have injected recently, and keeps a per-site history so rotation is obvious at a glance — important on a therapy you stay on for years. Dose history is a permanent ledger: when your prescriber adjusts your dose, you update the protocol and every past log keeps the amount that was actually administered at the time. The result is a clean, accurate record of your therapy that you and your doctor can both trust.
