What is Regimen?
Regimen is a native iOS app for tracking growth hormone protocols — recombinant HGH and the wider family of GH peptides and secretagogues. It handles dose logging, injection scheduling, injection-site rotation, on/off cycling, side-effect tracking, and a PDF report you can hand to your prescriber. Whether you run a single nightly sermorelin dose or a full CJC-1295 + ipamorelin stack alongside MK-677, Regimen keeps the protocol on one schedule and gives you an honest record of what you took and how you responded.
Which growth hormone compounds does Regimen track?
Regimen covers the full GH axis, each compound as its own protocol:
- Somatropin (HGH) — recombinant human growth hormone (Genotropin, Norditropin, Omnitrope, Skytrofa). Typically dosed daily, subcutaneous, in the range of roughly 1–3 IU per day for wellness protocols.
- Sermorelin — a GHRH analog that prompts your own pituitary to release GH, usually around 100–300 mcg daily.
- CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin — the common GHRH-analog plus GHRP stack, run together once or twice daily.
- MK-677 (Ibutamoren) — an oral GH secretagogue, typically 10–25 mg daily, no injection required.
Tesamorelin, hexarelin, GHRP-6, IGF-1 LR3, and any other compound can be added by name with its own dose, frequency, and cycle.
How does Regimen help with growth hormone tracking?
GH protocols reward consistency and good timing — Regimen is built for both:
- Immutable dose ledger — every injection is logged with the exact amount, so dose changes are accurately recorded. Corrections are marked, never erased.
- Injection-site rotation — a human body diagram shows where you last injected. Rotate subcutaneous sites without guessing, with a per-site history at a glance.
- Smart, timed reminders — get a nudge on dosing days, including the nightly or fasted timing many GH peptides call for. Reminders skip a day once a dose is logged.
- Cycle-aware scheduling — on/off weeks per protocol, with auto-resume, so a cycled GH peptide protocol runs without manual bookkeeping.
- Vial supply tracking — log an open HGH or peptide vial and Regimen counts it down as you dose, projects the run-out date from your schedule, and alerts you when it is time to reorder.
- Tracked Outcomes — rate sleep quality, recovery, energy, and focus over time, with weight and body composition flowing in from Apple Health. Every protocol gets a 30-day sparkline so you can see whether it is working.
- PDF report — one tap produces a physician-ready report: every dose, every cycling window, and an Outcomes Since Starting section pairing how you felt with your objective Apple Health data.
What is included in the free trial?
You get 7 days of full access — every feature, no credit card required. After the trial, Regimen is $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year. One subscription covers growth hormone protocols, peptides, GLP-1s, hormones, and everything else.
How do injection site rotation and dose tracking work?
Open a protocol, tap to log a dose, and pick the injection site on the body diagram. Regimen records the site and date, highlights where you injected recently, and keeps a per-site history so rotation is obvious — useful on the daily subcutaneous schedule most GH peptides follow. Dose history is a permanent ledger: when your protocol changes, you update it and every past log keeps the amount actually administered at the time. The result is a clean, accurate record of your protocol that you and your provider can both trust.
